fisheyeStitcher ROS

This is ROS wrapper of drNoob13/fisheyeStitcher, which generates panorama image by stitching dual-fisheye camera images. I add documentation to annotate corresponding points of the left and right images. I also add sample correspondence points and rosbag for Insta360 camera.
